Swatpro Academy Training Manager

The vacancy

We are in an exciting position to recruit an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated Training Manager to manage our Academy, delivering Apprenticeships, AEB and English and math qualifications

The successful candidate will be required to lead and manage Tutors, support delivery of the programs and to plan/maintain budgetary requirements. They will ensure that all the programmes within their portfolio are delivered to the agreed curriculum Standard and qualification frameworks and methodology, and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact. This includes Ofsted and ESFA requirements.

The Training Manager role is permanent full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Essential Skills and requirements for the role, but not limited to:

•Experience of delivering Apprenticeship and AEB programmes

•Experience in practitioner area

•Managing and Developing staff

•Leading and coaching staff

•Performance management

•Effective record keeping and reporting

•Financial management

•Working to targets

•Handling complexity

•A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)

The Salary will be between £30,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience and proven competence.You will receive 30 days holiday per year plus all bank holidays, and Stakeholder’s Pension Scheme with employer contributions up to 5%. You can download the job description here.
