The apprenticeship Standards provide an individual with the Skills Knowledge and Behaviour their role requires, such as working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services and delivering high quality services and products to the customers of their organisation.
Their responsibilities are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, their role in any business contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
The standards offered cover the Customer Service Practitioner at level 2 and Customer Service Specialist and Business Administrator at L3 after which they can progress on to Management at level 3 or 4
